Rusticom's web page is a 'living' web page in such that we strive to maintain all information on the properties we have listed up to date and accurate.  Prices are reviewed on a regular basis¸ sold properties are stated as such and properties with potential pitfalls at the time of sale are removed from our listings.  We do not post fictitious properties or deceptive offers to lure clients.

          Our efforts are based in showing our visitors each and every one of the properties that is of interest and helping to advise potential buyers on the most appropriate properties or locations.  Our efforts help to ensure that our clients do not encounter any last minute surprises at the time of their viewing.  

          You will also notice that all of our prices are listed in Euros. Properties with sales prices not quoted in Euros imply currency speculation at the time of purchase and can imply cost much over the expected purchase price.
