Baza and Guadix both have a large tennis following.  There are tennis clubs in both towns and specialised professors are available for classes.

      In Baza¸ the Club de Tenis Cid y Haya¸ has 7 tennis courts and attractive installations that include swimming pool football field¸ basketball¸ restaurant and garden areas.  Although the tennis club is a private club¸ membership shares are often available quite economically.
