Nick was my agent and I found him to be helpful and informative. He picked me up from my hotel and I felt at ease straight away. He took me around as many properties as I wanted. He is bilingual, so could even translate with vendors and builders as I viewed properties. After talking to me about my choices and what I had seen previously, he was able to suggest other properties he thought I would like (one of which I actually bought). I bought a cave, so I had plenty to learn! He was able to answer my questions about cave houses and what to look out for when choosing one. He has lived locally for many years, so his knowledge of the local area was excellent. He was knowledgeable about some of the legal processes in terms of buying as a non-resident in Spain. He put me in contact with a fantastic bilingual lawyer and later a great builder. He was mindful of my time scales which were very tight.
